ServicesTrenchless Sewer Repair

Fix the Pipe. Keep the Yard.

Traditional sewer repair means destroying your lawn, driveway, and landscaping. We utilize advanced trenchless technology to create a brand-new pipe inside the old one, completely underground.

The End of the Excavator Nightmare

For decades, repairing a crushed or root-infested main sewer line meant hiring an excavator to dig a massive trench through your beautifully manicured property, tearing up concrete driveways and historic trees in the process. At Pipedex Plumbing & Drains, we utilize cutting-edge CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) technology. This allows us to access your broken sewer line through a single, small access point, saving your landscaping and saving you thousands in restoration costs.

Pipedex Pro Tip
Pipedex Pro Tip

Avoid using harsh, store-bought chemical cleaners on your pipes. They can melt PVC and weaken older joints. Always trust a professional assessment to find the root cause of the issue.

Stronger Than the Original Pipe

Trenchless pipe lining involves inserting a flexible, epoxy-saturated liner directly into the damaged pipe. Once inflated and cured, it hardens into a seamless, jointless, highly durable structure that is completely impervious to future tree root intrusions. This 'pipe-within-a-pipe' is structurally stronger than the original cast-iron or clay pipe and is designed to last for over 50 years. Frequently Asked Questions

Is trenchless sewer repair more expensive than traditional digging?

While the specialized materials and technology cost more upfront, trenchless repair is almost always less expensive overall because you do not have to pay to replace your driveway, replant your lawn, or repair hardscaping after the plumbing work is done.

Can any damaged sewer line be repaired without digging?

Most can, but not all. If the original pipe has completely collapsed, severely shifted, or 'bellied' (sagged deeply), trenchless lining may not be viable because the liner needs a general structure to follow. Pipedex Plumbing & Drains will run a camera down the line to confirm if you are a candidate.
